Returns Procedure

 If you would like to return a product purchased from our website, you have 14 days following the delivery date to return it.

To return a product, please follow this process:

Email ricoh.support@luzernsolutions.com including the below details:

  • The Order Number of the product(s) to be returned
  • The product(s) to be returned
  • The reason for returning the product(s)

(By logging into Your Account you can access details of previous online orders).

 Once we have validated the product return request – confirming it meets our conditions of sale and returns policy - you will receive an email including:

  • A returns label to paste on the parcel for return (goods must be in their original packaging - any other packaging will not be accepted)
  • The required steps to return the product(s) for receipt of refund
  • The shipping courier name and contact information

Once this email has been received you can begin preparing the shipment of the product to be returned and contact the shipping courier to arrange a collection appointment.

After dispatching, you will be able to follow the delivery steps until the product is received at our warehouse. To follow the steps use the tracking number on the return label and connect to the courier website.

Once we receive the parcel, we will inspect it. Where everything meets our policy we will process the refund (using the same payment method used to pay for the order) aiming to make payment within 5 working days.

Where a request falls outside the 14 day period from delivery date i.e. the return period has expired, please contact your Ricoh Support Centre using this form.

Note: Where the return request is rejected and falls outside our conditions of sale/returns policy, an email will be sent informing the customer of this and the reason for rejection.
